General Terms and Conditions

Product information

All prices are in Euros, VAT included and without delivery costs.
The artist cannot be held responsible for slight differences in colour or design of the purchased product(s).

Orders

Standard Orders
After placing the product(s) in your shopping basket, payment will be requested and you will be asked to confirm your order.
A conformation of your order will be sent by e-mail.

Communication will be done via e-mail

Individual Requests
In case of a tailor made request (new picture(s)) you will be asked to fill in your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail response within 2 working days. Please check your mailing details carefully to ensure we receive your request.

Payment

Payment can be done by PayPal or by wire transfer. As soon as the amount is visual in the artist’s account, the package will be send. The delivery time will range between 1-2 weeks, depending on the country of destination.

Delivery

Orders are shipped by (first class) ordinary post, unless otherwise agreed between both parties, the artist and the buyer.
For all other than standard orders, both parties will agree upon the costs by e-mail, according to the order and size of the package.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and therefore will not use your personal details for any other means than to process your order. All information stays confidential.

Returning a product
If the order is not as expected, the product(s) can be returned. A refund will be provided. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In case the client orders a "new image" according to your own wishes, the money will not be returned after receiving the package.
We will work with conformation through, first a sketch and also a scan or picture of the final product before sending the order to you. This counts as an approval of the final product after confirming the scan or picture before sending.

All copyrights are owned by the illustrator and products/images can not be reproduced without permission of the illustrator.

Disputes and applicable law
All agreements and transactions will be governed by Finnish Law
